Taujiko Chief- "I do not know whether my time will be over soon or later, but I will make the best of it to preserve the natural essence of the Taujikan tribe."
Characteristics - The Taujiko Chief does have a name, but usually he's almost never addressed as his original name due to cultural respect as a chief for the Taujikan tribe. Luckily for today's society, the Chief is one of the friendliest, even if he does seem a little intimidating. He shows care for the people of Taujiko, but he has a strong dislike towards other cultures due to the Taujikan history with outsiders. He would even kick out his own members if they showed interest towards those in the outside world.
Appearance - The Chief has the same facial features as Ekaja and Mahaj. He has yellow-colored strap marks on both sides of his cheeks along with two talon lines going down his forehead. With age, he only has hair on the sides of his scalp. Due to the windy and fresh weather being at the center of the world, and being near the jungle, he enjoys wearing old, leather sweaters specially made from the Taujikan tribe itself.

Story plot (contains spoilers) -
The Taujikan Chief appears in a flashback that Ekaja tells on episode 20. He is seen as a concerned leader who would like to help Lydia, but because she is an outsider, he refuses to go against his culture in resenting them. He decides to give Ekaja and Mahaj the option to leave if they plan on keeping both Lydia and Rina safe from others.
When the main group reaches Taujiko, the chief still acts hesitant towards humans.
After the Lament arc, the Taujiko chef makes another short reappearance to still reject the humans from staying in the village.
