Waltzer- "Why constantly check if there are monsters in the closet or under your bed, when the real monster is what's inside your hearts?"
Characteristics - Waltzer is a scientific maniac in the series. Although he only appears in flashbacks, Hazel and Warren both describe him as the most treacherous being alive during the major war twenty years ago. It is said that Waltzer was previously sealed away a millennium years ago, but Professor Igor restored him by accident. What made Waltzer sealed away in the first place remains unknown, but he is definitely not to be messed with.
Appearance - Waltzer has greenish teal hair and of course, green glasses as well. His scientific overcoat has been tattered and old, but hey, what can 1,000 years of age do to you? He also has an unknown device clung together on each side of his head. The only noise you can hear from it are radio waves, but does Rhadessia have that kind of technology? Why does he have this and when did he get them? Waltzer's appearance leaves unknown explanation.

Twenty years ago, Hazel and Warren pursued on a journey with their four other friends to stop Waltzer's tracks. That's all that was heard from this history so far.
Waltzer continues to be the main historical focus to Magnus' revival, besides being referenced as a historical cameo character.
