Argus- "Fufufu... Maybe I should give you a tour of the places I know most! But first, you should come and check out my awesome coffee mug. I made it, maybe!"
Characteristics - As a new student of the Gammel government, Argus is seen as a hyper and overly ecstatic character who enjoys giving tours in Vector, especially the courthouse. Most of the time, if you had an important question to ask, he would rarely respond with the kind of answer you want to hear. Instead, he would change the subject to something less important, like his coffee mug. It is unknown as to whether this is just his personality and how he was educated, or whether he does this on purpose to hide something. However, if characters were to describe him in one word, it would be 'dorky'.
Appearance - Argus wears a blue and gray sweater with brown pants. For someone to be in the Gammel government, his attire is the least formal out of all. The strings that resize his hoodie is usually for him to pull simultaneously while he rambles on about nothing important. He wears brown pants, hoping that someday, he would go on a mission in the forest, getting chased by enemies, but being able to camouflage as a tree. That really leads to why his hair is buzzcut, so he can wear a wig without having hair strands sticking out.

Story plot (contains spoilers) -
On episode 32, Argus appears on the first floor of the courthouse. He introduces the main group to the entire building, and to his office desk. The group jumps out the window to catch up with Warren, Forrest, and Bailey. Argus is not mentioned again.
Argus makes a return in the Lament arc. His true personality starts to show after he becomes frustrated by the main group. After he throws a tantrum, he reveals a lot about Leo, Hazel, and Warren, then confessing that he himself is Magnus in disguise.
