Faris - Character Page

Faris
- "Sometimes, I wish I were just as strong as my own sister. I cannot act upon my thoughts, nor do I have a voice to speak for myself towards parents who do not understand."

Characteristics - Faris is the younger sister of Rina Nora, and daughter of strict parents: King and Queen Nora of Lament. Although her family is strict, Faris is one of the kindest characters in the series. She learns through discipline, but also oppression. Because she was not able to bond with her sister for seven years, she lacks the strength to stand up for herself. At the same time, she is able to build an extremely strong willpower to help others who are honest and kind.

Appearance - Faris has smaller angel wings, but they're almost completely formed. She wears a turtleneck and a vest to cover her entire body. As forced by her mother, Faris must not reveal too much of her body, almost ever. She also has one of the most intricate and elegant hairstyles, being a daughter of the royal family in Lament. Faris wears a necklace that reminds her of the bonds she had with Rina, if there were any. One of the last individualistic cloth she has for herself is her hat. It expresses her taste in style.

Story plot (contains spoilers) -
Faris first appears at the throne room of Lament. She tries to speak up to side with her older sister, Rina, but Mrs. Nora stops her.

When Rina is thrown into the guest room, Faris pays a visit and expresses her admiration for her older sister. She offers to steal the family treasure, the Stone of Concealment and then use it.

At the summit of the castle, she decides to stop Clyde by using the Stone of Concealment, knowing it was like a bomb detonator. In the end, she slowly falls to the ground like a fallen bird and says her farewells to Rina.

In her funeral, Rina receives a letter that Faris had written beforehand, stating her last words for Rina.

Even after her death, Rina mentions Faris many times to remember her promise to stop Magnus.
