- "Do you dare defy the government? I will have you arrested and sent into solitary confinement, furthermore into an asylum where you could only hear your own blood run through your body."

Characteristics - Known as an important figure for the Gammel army, he shows no mercy in his beliefs to preserve the world. It is said that he is strict enough to cause even his own son to dislike him. One of the most problematic reasons as to why Felix dislikes Mr. Wolfram is because Mr. Wolfram apparently left the family in poverty without a reason. Although he is seen as one of the most strict man in the government, we will learn more secrets about him as the plot progresses.

Appearance - Mr. Wolfram's notable appearance comes from his jawline. Entirely defined, it helps mold our opinions to believe he is to be feared by us towards the government. He wears a red beret, one of the top governmental attire for a Gammel unit. Although his outfit is not armor, he shows confidence that he doesn't need such material to walk outdoors as he has guards do all the protecting for him. In terms of Felix, the two of them have similar eye shapes - at least in correspondence to their age.

Story plot (contains spoilers) -
Mr. Wolfram first appears outside the Bafuulian bridge to discuss the plans to take Lydia into the basement and have her wait until the Obsidian extraction is ready. As a governmental unit in Gammel, he ordered Floir, Viola, and Clyde to move to specific areas of Bafuul.

It was later revealed that Mr. Wolfram knew Felix was coming, so he allocated the lieutenants in certain places just so Felix could easily run through. He also mentioned that he only left the Village of Saradeli so he could create a referendum to promote prosperity for the village and his family. He promises to only come home after the referendum is complete.

Mr. Wolfram appears during the battle of Lament within a battleship. Felix confronts him to help him escape the battleship. In a major turn of events, Magnus binds Felix's control and pulls the trigger on Mr. Wolfram, gawking at Felix for not helping his father. In the end, Mr. Wolfram gives Felix a wedding ring that was meant for a proposal to his wife after the battle was over, and then he passes away.
